Agave Animal Hospital (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

Information you provide: When you submit our contact or appointment-request form, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, and the details you share about your pet.
Usage information: If analytics are enabled, we may collect anonymous, aggregated data about how visitors use our site (such as pages viewed). We do not use this to identify you personally.

How we use information

To respond to your inquiries and schedule appointments.
To provide and improve our services and website.
To communicate with you about your pet’s care when you’ve asked us to.

Cookies & analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics (anonymous, aggregated usage statistics) and Microsoft Clarity (anonymized heatmaps and session replays that show us how visitors interact with pages, with typed text masked). These tools load automatically when you visit and may set analytics cookies. We do not sell your personal information and never use this data to identify you personally. You can opt out by blocking or clearing cookies in your browser settings, or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Some pages also embed an interactive Google Map of our location. The map loads only as you scroll to it, and when it does, Google may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.

Separately from analytics, our site remembers how you first found us — for example, which search engine, ad, or link brought you here — in a small first-party cookie and your browser's local storage. This record never leaves your browser unless you submit our contact form (it's how we know how you heard about us), it is never shared with or read by third parties, and it contains no personal information. You can remove it anytime by clearing your browser data.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our website or practice, only as needed to provide those services.

You may request that we update or delete the information you’ve provided through our website by contacting us at admin@agavevet.com.
