For Veterinarians
Most of this site is written for the pet families of Washington County. This page is for our colleagues — veterinarians, technicians, and veterinary professionals curious about the independent hospital taking shape at 6021 S River Rd in St. George (expected early 2027).
Working at Agave
Agave is independently owned and built around unhurried medicine: real appointment lengths, doctors who set their own clinical standards, and a team culture decided inside the building. As we build toward opening, we want to hear from experienced veterinary technicians, assistants, client-care professionals — and veterinarians who like the sound of how we practice. Introduce yourself through our contact page and tell us what you do; we read every message.
Thinking bigger than a job?
Agave's co-founder Dr. Nicole Sorensen built this hospital from scratch — her second, after Mtn Green Animal Hospital in Morgan County — and she partners with veterinarians who want to own an independent hospital of their own one day. She also publishes a sourced, plain-language guide to practice ownership written for associates: startup costs, financing, contract terms, and the honest math of building versus buying.
