What to bring to your first visit
- Any previous medical records or vaccination history
- A list of current medications and supplements
- A recent stool sample, if possible (helps us screen for parasites)
- Your pet on a leash, or cats in a secure carrier
- Notes on any symptoms, questions, or concerns you’ve noticed
New patient forms
Online new-patient forms are coming soon. For now, please allow a few extra minutes at your first visit to complete a short intake, or contact us ahead of time and we’ll help you get set up.
Payments & financing
We’re finalizing payment options and plan to accept all major credit cards along with CareCredit financing, so unexpected care doesn’t have to wait on a paycheck. Full payment details will be posted before opening day.
